DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Du baust dir gerne und schnell ein enges Netzwerk mit internen Stakeholdern sowie Bereichen auf und kennst dich mit der Auswertung und Aufbereitung wichtiger Sales-Forecasts, KPIs und Reports aus? Darüber hinaus hast du Erfahrung mit der Weiterentwicklung von Sales- und Reporting-Methoden?

In deiner Rolle als Sales Operations Manager bist du Coach und Challenger in Richtung der Vertriebseinheiten, um die Wachstumsziele zu erreichen und neue Impulse zu setzen. Dabei identifizierst du z. B. Branchentrends und Digitalisierungstreiber und bringst diese aktiv ins Gespräch mit den Account Managern ein, analysierst potenzielle Vertriebskanäle und entwickelst Vertriebsstrategien sowie -konzepte zur Steigerung der Sales-Pipeline.

Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Sales-Reporting sowie die Steuerung und den Support der operativen Vertriebseinheiten und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Berichterstattung und -aufbereitung des Sales-Reportings in Richtung Chief Sales Officer (CSO) und Vorstand.
  • Du bist zuständig für die bereichsübergreifende Einführung und das Monitoring von einheitlichen Sales-Prozessen und -Guidelines und treibst die Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung im Vertrieb voran, um die Sales-Effizienz nachhaltig zu steigern.
  • Du unterstützt die Account Manager bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Angeboten sowie Accountplänen und führst regelmäßige Reviews durch.
  • Du bereitest Schulungen, Coaching Sessions und Unterlagen zu den etablierten Sales-Tools und -Methoden vor, leitest diese und recherchierst und beauftragst darüber hinaus neue Sales-Trainings für alle Laufbahnstufen.
  • Du überprüfst und garantierst eine hohe Datenqualität im CRM und Power-BI, um das Sales-Reporting so verlässlich und übersichtlich wie möglich zu gestalten.
  • Du bereitest ansprechende Präsentationen für interne und externe Zwecke auf und pflegst einen Folienbaukasten für die verschiedenen Bereiche.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang bzw. einer ähnlichen Qualifikation, sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichneter Wissensstand über verschiedene Vertriebs- und Prozessoptimierungsstrategien und Erfahrung in deren Umsetzung
  • Erfahrung mit der Erstellung, Etablierung und Pflege von Reports und der Auswertung von Vertriebskennzahlen und -daten
  • Fachkenntnisse in allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM und Power BI
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Begabung andere mit deiner Leidenschaft mitzureißen
