Wir suchen einen engagierten Sales Operations Assistant, der unser Vertriebsteam unterstützt und die Effizienz unserer Vertriebsprozesse maximiert. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten, eine starke analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten. Als Sales Operations Assistant werden Sie eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammenarbeiten, um den Vertriebsprozess zu optimieren und das Umsatzwachstum zu fördern.

 

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Dateneingabe, Angebotserstellung und Auftragsbestätigungen.
  • Koordination mit unserem Außendienstmitarbeitern, in Bezug auf Logistik und Warenverfügbarkeit .
  • Verwaltung des CRM-Systems (Customer Relationship Management) und Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität.
  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Koordination der Lieferungen, zwischen Kunden und unseren Produktionsstätten.
  • Täglicher Austausch mit unseren Vertriebspartnern und die Koordination Ihrer Bestellungen.
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Finanzen und Kundenservice, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Vertriebsaktivitäten sicherzustellen.
  • Vorbereitung und Versand von Warenmustern, in Koordination mit unseren Außendienstmitarbeitern.

 

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Vorherige Erfahrung in einer administrativen oder unterstützenden Rolle im Vertrieb oder in verwandten Bereichen von Vorteil.
  • Exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten.
  • Umgang mit CRM(Saleforce), Erfahrung mit Business Central und ähnlichen Programmen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
