About the Role

The Assistant Manager is a dynamic role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.
