The Role

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving and managing the global sales enablement function to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to maximize their effectiveness and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement strategies, training programs, and content that align with the company’s global sales objectives. 

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a global sales enablement strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and sales objectives. 
  • Design and deliver sales training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. This includes onboarding new sales staff and providing continuous education. 
  • Develop and manage sales enablement content such as playbooks and sales scripts. Ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and accessible to the sales team. 
  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management. 
  • Establish a feedback mechanism to gather input from the sales team and continuously improve enablement programs and materials. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide relevant and timely insights to the sales team. 
  • Ensure consistency in sales enablement efforts across different regions and adapt programs to meet local market needs. 
What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. 
  • Proven experience in a global or multinational environment, with the ability to manage and adapt to diverse cultures and market conditions. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Proficiency in sales (enablement) tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success. 
  • Readiness to travel internationally as needed.
