Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Kane Selection Ltd. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in boosting our sales team's productivity by providing them with the right training, tools, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement plans for the EMEA region that align with the company's goals and sales objectives.
  • Design and deliver sales training programs and materials to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, and tools utilization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the sales process and effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects and customers.
  • Manage and optimize sales content ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Ensure the sales team is proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others. Introduce new tools as necessary and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales enablement programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics, enabling the company to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs for smaller, more agile companies and businesses.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies, with experience in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute against a regional sales enablement roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects.
  • Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving customer success.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
