About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Doctolib. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales training programs, processes, and tools to drive sales performance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training programs, including curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop targeted training solutions
- Design and deliver training content, including presentations, workshops, and online modules
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement sales process improvements and optimize sales tools and technologies
- Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including sales scripts, presentations, and other sales collateral
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes and sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales enablement strategies
- Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales automation platforms
