Als Junior Commercial Insights Manager verwandelst du Daten in aussagekräftige Insights, die als Grundlage für die Geschäftssteuerung der Red Bull Deutschland GmbH dienen. Du bringst deine unternehmerische Denkweise ein, die das dynamische Wachstum und die strategische Entwicklung der Red Bull Deutschland GmbH sicherstellt.

Durch die Kombination verschiedener Datenquellen gelingt es dir frühzeitig Trends & Potentiale zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios (Red Bull Energy & The ORGANICS by Red Bull®) zu erkennen und relevante Handlungsempfehlungen für interne Stakeholder abzuleiten. Getrieben von deiner Affinität für Zahlen erkennst du Muster in den Daten und verstehst es daraus Strategien & Handlungsempfehlungen für die relevanten Stakeholder abzuleiten. Die Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität, der Austausch mit Marktforschungsunternehmen sowie die ansprechende Visualisierung und Präsentation der Daten sind ebenfalls Bestandteile deiner Tätigkeit. Der Job ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet.

BUSINESS ANALYTICS & SHOPPER INSIGHTS

In deiner Rolle als Junior Commercial Insights Manager agierst du primär in einer beratenden Funktion für interne Stakeholder. Durch die Kombination verschiedener Datenquellen generierst du dabei aussagekräftige Insights, mit denen du den strategischen Fokus des Unternehmens auf die erfolgversprechendsten Prioritäten lenkst. Angetrieben von deiner Affinität für Daten, gelingt es dir Trends, Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig zu identifizieren. Dabei gehören die Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Produkt- bzw. Portfolioanalysen (Red Bull Energy & ORGANICS by Red Bull®) ebenso wie die Analyse des Shopperverhaltens zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Ganz egal ob bei der Bearbeitung von individuellen Fragestellungen, ad-hoc Analysen oder der Aufbereitung von Reportings: Dir gelingt es immer die passenden Empfehlungen abzuleiten

MARKTFORSCHUNG & DATENMANAGEMENT

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört zudem die Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und Daten-Visualisierungs-Standards sowie die Optimierung & Sicherstellung der Datenqualität. Dabei trägst du durch deine kreative Denkweise und mit deinem Auge für Details zur innovativen Neuausrichtung des Datenmanagements bei und gestaltest diese aktiv mit. Langfristig übernimmst du die Hauptverantwortung für ausgewählte Marktforschungsinstitute.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

In deiner Funktion als Junior Commercial Insights Manager fungierst du als abteilungsübergreifende Schnittstelle und bist somit erste Ansprechperson für Marktentwicklungen und Shopperdaten. Unser Commercial Insights & Strategy Team liefert Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Sales Abteilungen (Category Development Management, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Field Sales), das Brand Marketing sowie das nationale Management und das internationale Headquarter.

Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder wirtschafswissenschaftliches Studium und/oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

Erste Berufserfahrung / Praktika im Bereich Business Insights / Business Strategy / Consulting von Vorteil

Hohe Affinität für Zahlen & Daten sowie deren Visualisierung & Kommunikation

Leidenschaft für analytische Aufgaben, strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Marktforschungsdaten (z.B. GFK, Circana, Nielsen, appinio) sowie Daten Visualisierungs-Software (z.B. Tableau, Power BI)

Sehr gute PowerPoint & gute Excel-Kenntnisse

Offenes & sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- & Präsentationsfähigkeiten
