BUSINESS PLANNER AND ANALYTICS MANAGER


Location: Bavaria or Amsterdam


Role Overview: As the Business Planner and Analytics Manager, you will lead the strategic utilization of data to drive decisions, enhance performance, and optimize customer experiences across our Ecommerce platform. You will spearhead a team responsible for harnessing data from various sources, deploying analytical models, and translating findings into actionable insights with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI) and commercial recommendations.


Responsibilities:


  1. Commercial Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the performance (ROI) of the Commercial activation and Ecommerce platform through data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic improvements.


  1. Analytical Models: Design and implement analytical models to optimize customer segmentation, product performance, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency, driving ROI-driven decisions based on geographical level.


  1. Data Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the company's Ecommerce objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.


  1. Data Collection and Integration: Drive the collection, processing, and integration of data from diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support analytics initiatives.


  1. Reporting and Visualization: Create insightful reports and intuitive visualizations using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to communicate data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).


  1. Experience: Over 7 years of experience in data analysis and management within an Management consulting, Commercial areas, Ecommerce or related industry, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business outcomes. Commercial experience is a must.


  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.



  1. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of online metrics, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing methodologies to inform data-driven decision-making.


  1. Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


  1. Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex findings and insights in a clear and concise manner, tailoring messages to suit diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.


By fulfilling these responsibilities and requirements, the Business Planner and Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, optimizing performance, and enhancing customer experiences within the offline and online.
