Join Our Team as a Commercial FP&A Manager
As a Commercial FP&A Manager, you'll be at the heart of our financial planning and analysis activities, collaborating closely with both the finance and Sports Partnership teams to ensure accuracy and excellence in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
THE CHALLENGE
Financial Reporting:
- Collaborate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate financial statements variance analysis reports.
- Support the annual budgeting process by collecting and analysing financial data.
- Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections.
- Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management.
Data Analysis:
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
- Assist in developing financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
Business Partnering:
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of industry best practices for enhancing financial governance and control measures.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, along with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with precision.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyse financial data, identify patterns and a talent for finding creative solutions to challenging finance problems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative teamwork environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of FMS systems (e.g., OneStream, D365, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
