**Executive Assistant to CEO (M/F/d)**
- For the CEO of Veridos GmbH, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO (M/F/d) with commitment and pleasure in providing competent, structured and forward-looking support in day-to-day business. **Your responsibilities**:

- Working directly with the management and supporting them in strategic and conceptual work
- Preparation of research, briefings, presentations, concept papers and decision papers
- Identifying relevant future topics and managing and participating in strategically relevant projects
- Coordinating the dates and content of Supervisory Board, Advisory Board and shareholder meetings
- Organization, preparation, recording and follow-up of management meetings, jour fixes and appointments with customers as well as internal and external partners
- Contact person and interface for/to colleagues from the various specialist and support areas and subsidiaries
- Accompanying the management on appointments, business trips, conferences and other events
- Taking on and presenting ad hoc topics and analyzing correlations and risks
- Supporting the communication and conception of internal and external events

**Your qualifications**:

- Successfully completed studies, ideally with an economics or technical background
- Experience in conceptual and strategic work, ideally in the course of two to three years working in an international consulting company
- Know-how in project management and in keeping an eye on and prioritizing several projects, deadlines and requirements in parallel
- Interest in technical contexts and strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of creating presentations and confident use of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance and an independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
- High level of commitment and responsibility in dealing with confidential information
- Strong willingness to travel
- Very good language and formulation skills in English and German, other languages are an advantage
