As Customer Service Representative (d/M/F) you will contribute to customer satisfaction and take care of meeting customer’s needs. In this role you will have an impact upon the company’s achievement by processing customers’ requests and accurate processing of orders, service, and calls.

Act as first point of contact for customers and ensures timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Liaise with internal departments where necessary to resolve issue and feedbacks of relevant information to ensure process improvements (e.g., Service, Sales) and update relevant business systems

Support customer requests coming in by phone and through the Internet

Administrative support of Technicians by capturing the initial customer request and produce service tasks, as needed

**Requirements**:
Education to GCSE standard with vocational training or A-levels equivalent

First experience in a customer contact/order administration role in a fast-changing sales environment is an advantage

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and good knowledge of English and German

Ability and interest to deal with different software and advanced user of Microsoft Office

Fluent in Italian and German, good knowledge of English

Computer literate - Microsoft Office, ideally Salesforce and/or Oracle
