You want to help customers and act as a trustful point of contact? You are looking to use your knowledge and experience to help customers and Sciex to further develop a strong partnership?
This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team and will be located in Darmstadt/greater Frankfurt with a hybrid working arrangement.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- process Consumables and Software orders and quotations for EMEA
- Update customers on delivery
- Collating information and documents for customer questionnaires
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Completed education and/or trainings in economical areas
- First experience working with Salesforce and Oracle
- Fluency in German and English plus one further language (Italian, Spanish or French)
It would be a plus if you possess previous experience in a customer contact/order administration role in a fast changing sales environment
