FOUR PAWS is the global welfare organization for animals under direct human influence, which reveals suffering, rescues animals in need and protects them. Our audiences are growing, and the topics we are facing are complex with links between climate crisis and animal welfare becoming more evident.

Your mission

The Head of Programs is responsible for the development and execution of impactful animal welfare campaigns aimed at raising awareness and driving positive change.

Tasks
- Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaign strategies that align with organizational goals
- Supervising programmatic work of national cooperations
- Excell in people management of a diverse and competent team
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to maximize campaign reach and impact
- Stay informed about current trends, issues, and developments
- Working closely with the Director of Germany on budget-related matters

**Requirements**:

- Passion for and dedication to animal welfare
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing successful campaigns, preferably in the field of animal welfare or a related nonprofit sector
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or Journalism
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive campaign improvements
- Fluency in German and English are required
- Excell as a persuasive and engaging communicator and motivator
