We are seeking a Head of HR to join our growing organization. In this role, **you will have the opportunity to drive the strategic direction of our HR function and make a meaningful impact on the success of our company.**

***As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading and managing the HR team, which currently consists of 4 employees and continue to build it in collaboration with the management.
- Acting as a key sparring partner to the executive team and support them in developing, promoting and executing various HR projects related to organizational structure and strategy.
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Managing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

***We would like you to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives and improving employee engagement and retention.
- Analytical and communication skills coupled with empathy.
- Proactive, independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong knowledge of (German) labor law.
- Business fluent German and English language skills.
