**We are seeking for**:
Since 2012, KLU Executive Education has been offering open enrollment and corporate executive education programs for managers from industry, trade and the service sector. We focus on logistics and supply chain management, leadership and management. The executive education programs at KLU take place in a high-quality and exclusive setting. The scientific foundation and relevance of the topics are guaranteed by the latest research from KLU faculty, which are directly linked to the executive education courses. We offer our employees exciting projects and challenging activities in an innovative environment. Contribute your skills to a strong team that decisively shapes and drives the development of our university.
In our Executive Education team, we are looking for a Head of Program Management to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will be responsible for the Program Management team in our executive education. Our executive education programs include part-time master's degree programs, certificate programs, and open enrollment as well as corporate seminars, both online and face-to-face. You will lead a team with a total of currently four employees.
You will work closely with the Academic Director of Executive Education, the Faculty, Directors, and other KLU teams, especially the Head of Marketing in Executive Education.
You are part of the Executive Education team and you will have regular peer-exchange with other team heads. You also have a counterpart within the KLU in the Student Affairs Program Management team. This position is currently vacant and will be filled as well. We would like to encourage close coordination and collaboration between the two positions to best leverage synergies and peer exchange.
We are currently driving a dynamic transformation process. You can expect a place where you can bring in your innovative ideas, implement agile structures and develop sustainable processes, as well as an attractive international working environment with high growth potential.
The position is advertised as full-time (40 hours per week), although we encourage flexible work time models such as part-time, mobile working, individual job sharing and tandem solutions.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- You are leading and developing a team of currently four employees
- You are responsible for the supervision, planning, control, further development and optimization of the processes in executive education program management
- You support and guide your team in their tasks in the areas of course and capacity planning, design of learning and teaching concepts, development of proposals, lecturer and participant management and program accreditation
- You are responsible for the continuous process optimization of the program management
- You develop the strategy and further development of executive education programs in close coordination with the Dean of Programs and Directors
- You are responsible for program management budgeting
- You maintain and expand internal and external networks
- You keep an eye on the interfaces to other departments and create synergies through transparent communication and cooperation
**Your qualifications**:
- You have successfully completed your studies and have first professional experience, ideally in a university environment
- You have strong teamwork and social skills as well as a high sense of responsibility: a good basis for taking on leadership responsibilities
- You show a high degree of commitment, an independent, structured way of working and a process-oriented way of thinking
- You have strong decision-making skills and like to think out of the box
- You have strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a hands-on mentality
- You are a team player with a keen sense for the 'essential things at the right time'
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and are able to fluently communicate in both, German and English
- You have a digital affinity and are open to learning new systems and (IT) tools
**We offer**:
Self-determined work and flexible working time models. You can organize your working time largely independently on your own responsibility, both on-site and in home office.
We support you in your professional and personal development and encourage an open feedback culture.
At KLU, you will work with open-minded and ambitious colleagues in an international, multicultural atmosphere at the attractive HafenCity location.
Our employees benefit from additional services such as a company pension scheme, sports facilities and a contribution for the public transport job ticket.
