**WHAT WE DO IN OPERATION EXCELLENCE**

Our product ops team is responsible for product management practices and frameworks. It is done across our product organisation for product managers’ training and continuous improvement. The dynamic team distributed in 3 different countries (Germany, France, Belgium) is central for making product managers’ daily life easier and to allow them to focus on delivering value to our customers as we strive to continuously raise the bar of product management excellence.

**Job Description**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:
As Head, your responsibility would be to define the strategy with the Product Operations Senior Director.

Furthermore, you would be responsible to coordinate, mentor and support your team in the following areas:

- Maintaining and improving product ceremonies, templates, guidelines, references, and roadmap tooling for product.
- Facilitating product cross-team collaboration through dedicated events (on premise/remote), tooling, or any other activities in collaboration with other teams.
- Defining and implementing Product Management Skill Building program (continuous product education program).
- Planning and preparation support (scheduling, communications, documentation) of all skill building events and ongoing training programs (in collaboration with People team).
- Streamlining critical and routine product management tasks and processes, with aim to optimise P&T team efficacy.
- Striving to continuously raise the bar of product management excellence.
- Defining product onboarding program (in collaboration with People team).

**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:

- 7+ years experience in Product Operations, head of product or similar domains
- Deep understanding of product management best practices and frameworks
- Experience managing a team
- Comfortable working with unknowns and occasionally shifting priorities
- Comfortable with, and experienced in coaching other product managers
- Able to work on high-level initiatives as well as get stuck into the day-to-day
- Collaborative and open to new ideas
- English fluent (french, german, dutch is a plus)
- Lean and Agile mindset
