Head of Finance Teads based in Hamburg.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new products rollouts as well as new projects
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supervise financial assistants, third parties and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, accounting, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Seek out methods and practices to minimise financial risk
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- Supporting Human Resources
- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

**Experience / Background**
- Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
- 7+ years experience as Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
- Strong leadership skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organised.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeve
