Brandfield is part of fashionette AG, a leading European data-driven online platform for premium and luxury fashion accessories. We are an ambitious and fast-growing e-commerce company, which focuses on the sale of style items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses, bags, and wallets. In collaboration with a growing number of premium brands, including Buddha to Buddha, Michael Kors, and Tommy Hilfiger. Brandfield offers a wide range of style items through its own websites, two stores, and multiple external channels. The fast-growing Brandfield team consists of more than 100 enthusiastic and hardworking employees. Our culture is characterized by open workplaces and short lines.

We are looking for a **Head of Performance Marketing **at our offices in the Netherlands or Germany (Groningen, Düsseldorf or Berlin).

**What are you going to do?**

As a Head of Performance Marketing you have the following responsibilities:

- Lead Brandfield’s Performance Marketing team, and cooperate with group-wide teams
- Drive the strategical and operational development of our Performance Marketing channels
- Manage the conceptualization, execution, and optimization of national and international Performance Marketing campaigns for our e-tailer business and our d2c brands
- Prepare regular performance reports of all channels
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and take over special projects
- Manage our marketing budget and optimize the channel mix

**Who are you?**
- You have 5+ years of work experience in Performance Marketing
- You were already (partially) responsible for several marketing channels and have experience in leading a team and/or projects
- A profound technical understanding of online marketing is the basis for your broad knowledge of all marketing channels
- Your data-driven attitude comes along with an outstanding analytical and strategic thinking
- You are pragmatic, proactive, decisive, and a team player
- English language skills are a must, knowledge of the Dutch language would be a plus
- Furthermore, responsibility and personal input make a job interesting for you
