Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen im Bereich der nachhaltigen Mehrwegsysteme für Pflegeprodukte. Wir sind ein kleines und motiviertes Team aus 10 tollen Menschen und wollen in den nächsten Monaten immer weiter wachsen - mit dir zusammen Wir suchen daher einen Head of Performance Marketing (m/w/d), um unser Performance Marketing immer weiter aufbauen zu können.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du baust mit uns ein starkes Team für (Performance) Marketing auf und leitest mit Deinem Team unsere Paid Kanäle (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads)
- Du planst im Austausch mit uns weitere Wachstums
- und Skalierungsmöglichkeiten und leitest die Umsetzung dafür
- Du bist maßgeblich für den Erfolg unseres Performance Marketings verantwortlich
- Du planst den vollen Paid Marketing Funnel

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du kennst dich aus mit demManagement und Skalierung in den Paid Performance Marketing Kanälen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Start-up oder schnellwachsenden Unternehmen, idealerweise in der D2C bzw. E-Commerce Branche
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung sammeln
- Du hast umfassende analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest strukturiert und Ergebnis-orientiert
- Du interessierst Dich für Inneneinrichtung und Körperpflege
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch ist von Vorteil
