**Your mission at getquin**:
As Head of Marketing, you will lead and build a team of marketing experts and support them to deepen their own analysis, communication and leadership skills.
- Your focus will be on paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok), as well as paid search channels (Google, App Store) and display networks. Ideally, you are also familiar with Snapchat, Twitter as well as Reddit.
- You develop a modern online marketing strategy including budgeting with a focus on performance and actively implement it.
- By working closely with the founders, you develop holistic marketing strategies and implement them.
- You set goals and evaluate the performance of the various measures and strategies.

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- You have at least 6+ years of experience in a CMO, Head of Marketing or Marketing lead position.
- You are very familiar with app marketing.
- You know how to build and manage a team and various senior stakeholders.
- You will bring a strong expertise not only in paid marketing but as well in brand building.
- You have experience with internationalization processes, ideally with a focus on the US.
- You are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- Your English is fluent, German language skills are a plus.
