**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for a **Head of Marketing** who will oversee all of the marketing team activities at Kadmos. Since we are a high-growth FinTech your role will be paramount to our success and growth. The right applicant will need to be comfortable with change and willing to bring new ideas to the table. Join us and become part of our journey to empower the lives of millions

**What you will be doing**:

- Define our long-term strategy, brand positioning and growth story, collaborating closely with our department heads and founders
- Create, monitor and improve our marketing vision across all of our markets and channels
- Oversee the development of market intelligence and conduct research on our market, competition, and customers with your team
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, brand, communications, customer support, etc. to launch new products

**What you bring along**:

- 8+ years of marketing experience which includes 3+ years experience in a marketing leadership role. Extensive experience in the startup world, especially in Fintech or SaaS companies, is preferred
- Previous experience in creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that covers both our B2B and B2C audience. We expect the head of marketing to have extensive experience in brand building from an early stage
- Proven track record of scaling a marketing team in a fast-growing, dynamic startup. Strong organizational skills and the ability to evolve with a quickly growing company are a must
- Be able to collect, measure, and analyze marketing metrics and performance while clearly presenting progress to stakeholders
- Native language fluency in English. German and any other languages are a plus
