**What to expect**:

- Creating and putting into practice a master data management strategy that is compatible with the company's overall data strategy.
- Tailoring data management to the requirements of the business
- Supervising the creation, improvement, and upkeep of systems and procedures for master data management.
- Establishing and putting into practice data governance rules and procedures to make sure they adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Working together with cross-functional teams to recognise and resolve master data management difficulties.
- Ensuring the integrity, completeness, and quality of master data across the whole organisation.
- Providing the master data management team with guidance and leadership.
- Establishing security guidelines to guarantee the integrity of the accessible data and data architecture.
- Working with cross-departmental teams to synchronise the organization's overall data strategies.
- Securing cross-departmental data uniformity and harmonisation.
- Previously designed, developed, and put into use a master data management system.

**Personal Requirements**:

- Several years of experience in master data management and/or equivalent working experience.
- Academic background in business informatics or analogous studies with in-depth business and IT coverage.
- Proven track record in managing a master data management programme in a sizable, intricate, and global organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data governance, as well as practical expertise with data management tools and technologies.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Capability in leadership and problem-solving, as well as a results-oriented outlook.
- Solid familiarity with technology and digital settings.
- Effective project management and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated practical experience with digital technology.
- Effective interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Work together with senior global IT management, global business divisions, and corporate strategy.
- Complete proficiency in professional English.
