About the Role

We are looking for a
forward-thinking and results-driven Digital Transformation Lead
to accelerate our organization's evolution into a fully digital, data-driven enterprise.

In this strategic leadership role, you will define and execute digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions — driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth. You'll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable, technology-enabled solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's digital transformation roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize key business processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects
  • Drive adoption of digital tools, systems, and cultural change across departments
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Strategy teams to align business and technology goals
  • Monitor project progress, KPIs, and ROI of transformation initiatives
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and market trends to guide innovation strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or process innovation
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, automation, analytics, and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification
  • Experience implementing ERP/CRM systems or automation solutions
  • Familiarity with data governance, process re-engineering, and innovation frameworks
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities
