About the Role

We are seeking a
visionary Digital Transformation Lead
to drive strategic initiatives that modernize processes, enhance technology adoption, and create measurable business value across the organization.

In this role, you will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to define digital strategies, implement innovative solutions, and ensure every initiative delivers real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation projects and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology adoption
  • Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics of digital initiatives
  • Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation and agility


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business, Digital Strategy, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or change management
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools, cloud platforms, or emerging technologies
  • Fluent in English; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale ERP, CRM, or cloud migration projects
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or DevOps frameworks
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications
