About the Role

We're searching for a
visionary Digital Transformation Lead
who can bridge technology and business to create real organizational impact.

In this leadership role, you'll define the digital roadmap, drive innovation across departments, and ensure that transformation efforts deliver measurable results. You'll guide teams through change, modernize processes, and champion the adoption of next-generation tools and systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement a company-wide digital transformation strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional projects across IT, operations, and business units
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize workflows
  • Drive cultural change toward digital-first thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee system integrations, process improvements, and technology adoption
  • Track progress through KPIs and report measurable business outcomes


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or IT leadership
  • Proven success leading complex, enterprise-level transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification
  • Experience with ERP/CRM modernization or cloud transformation projects
  • Background in consulting, digital innovation, or enterprise architecture
  • Ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision
