About the Role

We are seeking a
visionary and results-oriented Digital Transformation Lead
to drive enterprise-wide innovation, technology integration, and process optimization.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and executing digital transformation strategies that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to modernize systems, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide digital transformation roadmap
  • Identify areas for digital innovation and operational improvement
  • Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely, successful delivery
  • Implement new technologies and automation tools to streamline workflows
  • Drive organizational change and build a digital-first company culture
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to align strategy with execution
  • Define KPIs and monitor the impact of transformation initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or innovation management
  • Proven success in leading end-to-end transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of automation, analytics, and emerging digital technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification
  • Experience implementing ERP, CRM, or cloud migration projects
  • Background in consulting, enterprise IT, or business transformation
  • Strong analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities
