About the Role

We are looking for a
strategic and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Lead
to drive enterprise-wide innovation, automation, and technology integration.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to reimagine processes, implement new digital tools, and enhance overall business performance. You will partner with executives and department heads to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and ensure measurable impact across operations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on change, technology, and leadership — and who can turn vision into execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the organization's digital transformation roadmap
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization
  • Oversee the implementation of enterprise digital tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with IT strategy
  • Manage cross-functional transformation projects and measure success through KPIs
  • Champion a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, or IT leadership
  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, automation, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
  • English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification
  • Experience in ERP/CRM system implementation or modernization projects
  • Background in consulting, enterprise technology, or digital innovation strategy
  • Ability to influence at all levels and drive organizational change
