- Dabei bist Du für die Bedarfsidentifizierung, Einwandbehandlung und Potenzial-einschätzung dieser verantwortlich und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem New Business Department zusammen
- Deine Ziele/KPIs kannst Du präzise in unserem CRM (salesfore.com) verfolgen. Diese helfen Dir beim Reporting an den Head of Sales Development und bei der Organisation Deiner Kund·innenpipeline
- Als möglichen Karriereschritt kannst Du Dich durch Fach- und Persönlichkeitstrainings, on-the-job-Learning, Mentoring & Buddy Programm und unseren internen Sales-Coach zu anderen Sales-Rollen weiterentwickeln
- Du kannst Vollzeit (38,5h) oder Teilzeit (25h-30h) arbeiten
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder optional über ein Studium
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse am Vertrieb mit, hast ein gutes Gespür für die Kund·innen und schaffst es übers Telefon eine Beziehung aufzubauen
- Fingerspitzengefühl und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen Dich dabei aus
