We are looking for an experienced INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (TELESALES) based in GERMANY or FRANCE, to join SafeStart Europe sales team. If you have a history of success in prospecting, searching and developing new leads, you are a potential fit

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager and Sales Directors, the TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE will be proactively reaching out to prospect clients mainly in Germany and France, identifying their safety challenges and connecting decision-makers with SafeStart’s valuable services. He/she will be responsible for constantly bringing new leads, qualifying them and developing prospects into new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation : Study the market to find potential clients, make cold calls, follow up on warm leads, and proactively identify companies’ sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building : Use strong interpersonal skills to establish trust, uncover client needs, and foster fruitful relationships.
  • Sales Conversion : Confidently convey SafeStart’s value proposition, address client’s workplace safety demands, and secure meetings, demos, presentations with SafeStart experts.
  • Client Engagement : Act as the first point of contact, responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and transferring high-quality prospects to the team.
  • CRM and Leads management : Use our resources, platforms and social network to explore and track sales activities, customer data and interactions, register opportunities in Zoho CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Event Outreach : Drive attendance for workshops, trade shows, and other events through direct calls and email campaigns, supporting both Sales and Marketing teams in the organization of these events.
  • Sales Support : Assist in the preparation of proposals and deliver virtual product demos, when requested.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Telesales Expertise : 5+ years of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role , focused on outbound sales in a B2B environment, e.g. telemarketing in telecommunications ( Experience in safety industry, consulting and training is a plus)
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional phone presence, persuasive communication, and the ability to confidently move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Soft Skills : Excel in organization, accountability and have a well-structured work style.
  • Multilingual : Native proficiency in German or French, with professional fluency in English is a must have
  • Sales-Driven Mindset : Customer focused, target-oriented, with a strong ability to follow up diligently, and achieve measurable goals.
  • Technology Proficiency : Skilled in MS Office, Google Apps, CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce), and video conferencing platforms.
  • Work permission : Must have the necessary permits to work and reside within the EU.
