Our client, a Global Nutrition company, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their expanding team covering the Switzerland and Austria region .

Align field sales efforts with marketing and merchandise strategies to drive cohesive initiatives.
Foster collaboration by building strong relationships with the Sales Success team, ensuring seamless teamwork with other Sales Experts in the field.
Provide front-line support to Sales team, engaging with local leaders across various levels of the marketing plan to establish trust-based relationships and encourage sustainable growth.
Maintain consistent communication with Sales team to monitor trends, identify sales opportunities, and address support needs.
Promote growth by learning and sharing best practices among Sales team, encouraging dynamic sales activities within the designated region.
Represent the company as an Ambassador by attending monthly regional seminars, Company Meetings, local trainings, and national or international company events as required.
Create and analyze business intelligence reports, collaborating with Sales team to deliver insights into their businesses and uncover growth opportunities.
Ensure Sales team business data is regularly reported and analyzed to optimize growth and success.
Dedicate 70% of the role to fieldwork and 30% to analytical tasks for a balanced approach to sales and strategy execution.

Diploma or degree with 3+ years of field sales or KAM experience, preferably in multinational FMCG with D2C/B2B focus.
Proven track record of driving business growth in sales-led environments.
Native-level German and French skills; Italian is a plus.
Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Valid driving license (company car provided).
