About You

We are seeking experienced consulting anchors to lead sales, delivery, and proposition development, with a proven track record in areas such as commercial development, leadership, and innovative solution creation.

  • Proven excellence in commercial development, commanding a presence with senior executives both internally and externally, with a drive to exceed targets and expectations.
  • Previous leadership experience within a services organization, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants under direct leadership, as well as indirect and matrixed teams, to harness talent and deliver client satisfaction.
  • Anticipating, creating, and defining innovative and visionary solutions for solving clients' problems.
  • Strong sales ability and closing skills at executive and board levels.
  • Strong networks, relationships, and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles, etc.
  • Interacting as a peer at Board level in client companies and comfortable working at senior level within complex organizations, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
  • A proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, while delivering business objectives within large corporate environments with rapid change.
  • The ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups, delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
  • An intuitive ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • A collaborative team player, with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleeves.
  • An inspiring leadership style with a proven ability to inspire direct and indirect internal teams, as well as clients, to push the boundaries of what they thought was possible.
  • A passion for disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
  • A commitment to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
  • An internal talent champion across all sectors, not only directly involved in recruitment but also a key leader in growing and developing sector-specific skills relative to Infosys' current service offerings.
  • The ability to travel as required.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English.
