Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the industrial automation industry, with a deep understanding of fluid power, electronics, and electromechanical engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the industrial automation industry.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of fluid power, electronics, and electromechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, SFA, and other relevant software.
