We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience; experience in a customer-facing role a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
