District Sales Manager

Festo Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing sales activities in assigned territories to achieve sales growth and market objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach, assist, and direct Sales Engineers and distributors in sales territories to meet quotas and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales in assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to Sales Engineers and distributors.
- Collaborate with Industry Segment Manager and other Industry Segment personnel to ensure Industry Segment goals are achieved.
- Conduct sales calls with customers to ensure relationships are consistent with overall corporate objectives.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine contribution towards overall sales/financial goals of the company.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Represent Company at trade shows to promote product.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years related sales experience and/or training.
- 2-4 years management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of fluid power, electronics, and electromechanical engineering.
- Solid understanding of Industrial Automation.

The annual base pay range for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000.
