District Sales Manager

Festo Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities in assigned territories to achieve sales growth and market objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and developing sales engineers and distributors to meet sales quotas and goals.
- Conducting sales calls with sales engineers to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
- Assigning sales territories to sales personnel and monitoring their performance.
- Participating in sales calls to customers to ensure relationships are consistent with corporate objectives.
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine contribution towards overall sales/financial goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of related sales experience and/or training.
- 2-4 years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of fluid power, electronics, and electromechanical engineering.
