CoachHub Spain SL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion into the Iberia and LATAM markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Iberia and LATAM markets
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in complex B2B solution sales, with a proven track record of success
- At least 3 years of experience leading a high-performing sales team, with a strong background in sales strategy and team management
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive sales growth, and build high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance
