Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at circulee GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong sales and marketing expertise, with a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
