About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Siemens Industry Software GmbH, you will be responsible for leading and executing industry-focused, prescriptive, and value-driven sales engagements across the EMEA region. Your primary goal will be to develop and drive internal initiatives that positively influence business growth within the CP&R market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute industry-focused, prescriptive, and value-driven sales engagements
  • Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with customers around industry trends, challenges, and business needs
  • Develop and drive internal initiatives that positively influence business growth within the CP&R market
  • Work closely with customers in the CP&R industry to understand their business strategy and development and align their needs to the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio
Requirements
  • Proven experience within the CP&R industry
  • Consolidated experience in a customer-facing sales or business development function in a software company
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge in some of the following technologies: PLM, MOM, Digital Manufacturing
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with excellent relationship management skills
  • Experience with CXO-level discussions
  • Leadership and project management skills, to define and track structured work plans
