About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Siemens Industry Software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement industry-focused, prescriptive software sales engagements to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by providing thought leadership and expertise on industry trends, challenges, and solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or business development role, preferably in the CP&R industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software sales, business development, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English language, with additional languages a plus.
