Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Lonza is a global leader in life sciences, operating across three continents. We're seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the DACH region, focusing on the Consumer Health and Nutrition market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to grow Lonza's share in the Consumer Health and Nutrition market.
  • Work closely with divisional and regional business leaders to select strategic business opportunities and define effective plans to secure growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects between Sales, NPD, R&D, and Operations to drive business growth.
  • Establish market evaluation positioning and introduce new products, services, and technologies in the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business.
  • Experience in the nutrition space with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year business targets.
  • Technical understanding of nutrition and dosage forms preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creative, adaptable, and capable of self-motivation and independence.
