Total Rewards Manager

At BRITA Group, we're on a mission to protect and nurture water, our source of life. We're seeking a talented Total Rewards Manager to join our global team and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting the Total Rewards portfolio: Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, company cars, and other perks to ensure they're cost-effective and awesome.
- Incentives that Wow: Design and manage performance-based incentives or bonuses that boost engagement and celebrate team achievements.
- Celebrating Excellence: Develop and implement recognition programs that highlight milestones, achievements, and outstanding performances.
- Communicate, Educate, Inspire: Create engaging materials, lead workshops, and present information to help the team understand and value our total rewards program.
- Data Enthusiast: Collect and utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of our total rewards program, spot trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Law-Abiding Loyalist: Stay on top of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Engagement Champion: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to understand what makes our employees tick and tailor rewards programs to enhance engagement and job satisfaction.
- Strategic Thinker: Work closely with senior leadership and HR to align our total rewards program with our overall business and talent strategies.
- Continuous Improvement Champ: Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our total rewards program and seek feedback from the team and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
