Total Rewards and Employee Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards and Employee Benefits Manager to join our global team at BRITA SE. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting the Total Rewards portfolio: Develop and manage our total rewards program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Incentives that Wow: Design and implement performance-based incentives and bonuses to boost employee engagement and celebrate outstanding achievements.
- Celebrating Excellence: Develop and implement recognition programs to highlight milestones, achievements, and outstanding performances.
- Communicate, Educate, Inspire: Create engaging materials, lead workshops, and present information to educate employees about our total rewards program.
- Data Enthusiast: Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of our total rewards program and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Law-Abiding Loyalist: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Engagement Champion: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to understand what drives employee engagement and tailor rewards programs to enhance job satisfaction.
- Strategic Thinker: Work closely with senior leadership and HR to align our total rewards program with our overall business and talent strategies.
- Continuous Improvement Champ: Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our total rewards program and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
