Total Rewards Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Total Rewards and Employee Benefits Program to join our global BRITA family. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional total rewards programs that go beyond the ordinary.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting the Total Rewards portfolio: Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, company cars, and other cool perks to ensure they are cost-effective and awesome.
- Designing and managing incentive programs: Create initiatives that boost engagement and celebrate the incredible achievements of our team.
- Developing and implementing recognition programs: Foster a culture of appreciation and motivation that keeps our team on the winning track.
- Communicating and educating: Create engaging materials, lead workshops, and present information that helps our team understand and value our total rewards program.
- Analyzing and improving: Collect and utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of our total rewards program, spot trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Staying compliant: Ensure our total rewards program remains compliant with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
