Total Rewards Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Total Rewards and Employee Benefits Program to join our global team at BRITA Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards program that aligns with our business strategy and enhances employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that includes benefits, compensation, and recognition programs
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to understand employee needs and preferences
- Design and manage incentive programs to boost engagement and celebrate employee achievements
- Develop and implement recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation
- Communicate and educate employees on total rewards programs through engaging materials and workshops
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs
