About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager in Germany. This is a home-based position with easy access to an airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales activities to achieve agreed bookings targets in North East Germany
  • Maximising profitability through optimising regional coverage, key account management, market segment focus, and efficient sales pipeline management
  • Selling directly and through OEM partners, nurturing new and existing customers to position Oxford Instruments as their preferred partner
About You

You will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to proactively generate and pursue new opportunities. You should be happy to work independently, build strong relationships with customers, and understand our products, the market, and how we can meet customer needs.

Requirements include a degree in physical, materials science, life sciences, or engineering, with relevant technical experience to understand complex technical products. Experience in electron microscopy, crystallography, X-Ray and electron spectroscopy is highly desirable, along with prior knowledge of Miller Heiman Sales Training.
