Strategic Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners to implement business strategies effectively.
- Develop business frameworks and collaborative practices with regional partners, setting relevant KPIs and performance metrics while ensuring accountability.
- Analyze market data and assess market potential to provide recommendations for market entry strategies and distribution channels.
- Conduct thorough business case evaluations on proposed market entry strategies and sales avenues, focusing on innovative marketing approaches.
- Perform regional and partner performance assessments to generate forecasts, strategic planning, and growth models.
- Ensure compliance of regional partners with INEOS standards through audits and create actionable plans as part of performance management. Manage the appointment and termination of regional business partners as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in international business development, particularly in launching customer and product initiatives.
- A creative mindset and innovative thinking are prioritized over specific experience in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated success in an international business context.
- Strong understanding of global trends in the automotive industry, especially related to the 4x4 off-road market.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation capabilities.
