Strategic Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners to effectively implement business strategies.
- Develop business frameworks and collaborative processes with regional partners, setting relevant KPIs and performance evaluation methods.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform recommendations for market entry strategies and distribution channels.
- Conduct thorough business case evaluations for proposed market entry strategies and sales approaches, actively seeking innovative marketing solutions.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of regional and partner performance to establish forecasts, strategic planning, and growth trajectories.
- Ensure compliance of regional partners with INEOS standards and procedures, creating actionable plans for performance management and making decisions regarding partner appointments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in international business development, particularly in launching products and services.
- A creative mindset with a focus on innovative problem-solving, valued over specific industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in an international business context.
- Strong awareness of global trends in the automotive sector, especially related to off-road vehicles.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation capabilities.
