Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform recommendations for market entry strategies and distribution channels.
  • Conduct thorough business case evaluations for proposed market entry strategies and sales approaches, actively seeking innovative marketing solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of regional and partner performance to establish forecasts, strategic planning, and growth trajectories.
  • Ensure compliance of regional partners with INEOS standards and procedures, creating actionable plans for performance management and making decisions regarding partner appointments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in international business development, particularly in launching products and services.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovative problem-solving, valued over specific industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in an international business context.
  • Strong awareness of global trends in the automotive sector, especially related to off-road vehicles.
  • Exceptional analytical and negotiation capabilities.
