Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners to implement business strategies effectively.
  • Develop and establish operational frameworks with regional collaborators, setting relevant KPIs and performance evaluation methods.
  • Analyze market trends and potential, providing insights for market entry strategies and distribution channels.
  • Conduct thorough business case evaluations on proposed market entry strategies and sales avenues, focusing on innovative marketing approaches.
  • Perform assessments of regional and partner performance to generate forecasts, strategic planning, and growth models.
  • Ensure compliance of regional partners with INEOS standards, creating action plans for performance management, including the appointment and termination of partners as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in international business development and product launches.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions rather than solely automotive industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in an international business setting.
  • Strong knowledge of global trends in the automotive sector, particularly in the 4x4 off-road market.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
