About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at INEOS. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential strategic business partners, establishing business models and ways of working with regional partners, and executing strong business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential strategic business partners and build relationships to operationalise our strategy
- Establish business models and ways of working with regional partners, allocate relevant KPIs and performance measurement practices, and challenge if required
- Collect and analyse market data and market potential, and make recommendations for market entry plans and routes to market
- Execute strong business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels, and seek new ways to market
- Conduct regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models
- Audit regional partners' compliance with INEOS processes and standards, and create action plans as part of our performance management practice
What We're Looking For:
- International customer and product launch business development experience
- A creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking is more important than automotive sector experience
- Proven track record working in an international business environment
- Good understanding of global automotive-related trends, especially linked to the 4x4 off-road segment
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills
